Cancellation Policy.
We are delighted to welcome you for your stay and we would like to inform you about the payment and cancellation terms for this stay.
The full payment for the service must be made one month prior to your arrival date.
Regarding cancellations for rooms, please take note of the following conditions:
- Any cancellation made between 7 days and the arrival date will not be refunded.
- Between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: 50% refund minus 50 euros processing fee.
- Between 15 days and one month before the arrival date: 75% refund minus 50 euros processing fee.
