Golf Costa del Sol
Please read the booking and payment terms for Golf Costa del Sol: deposits, cancellation terms, payment methods, jurisdiction, and related conditions.
All bookings made through Golf Costa del Sol require a 30% deposit, payable once the golf tee times have been confirmed and accepted.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for hotel packages, or upon key handover for rental packages.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be made within 72 hours of confirmation.
Golf Costa del Sol is a Spanish company registered under CIF number B93354173. All payments must be made in euros (€). Where payment is made from a non-euro account or in another currency, any exchange rate differences, bank charges, or conversion fees shall be borne exclusively by the client.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that American Express is subject to a 5% surcharge. Cheques are not accepted.
The cancellation terms below apply primarily to standard hotel stays. Where different conditions apply, for example depending on the hotel, season, or package selected, such terms will be clearly stated on the relevant page of our website or at the time of booking.
Please note that golf courses included in a package may apply separate cancellation conditions. Any such differences will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
This cancellation policy applies specifically to golf break packages combining holiday rental accommodation and golf.
All cancellations must be submitted by email. In every case, a €50 administration fee will be retained, together with any applicable bank charges or transfer costs, which remain the responsibility of the client.

All matters relating to bookings, payments, and the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with such matters shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estepona, Spain.
An official invoice may be issued upon request once payment has been received in full.
Our services are provided in accordance with Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations.
If you are making a booking from outside the European Union, including for example the United Kingdom, Australia, or the United States, it is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of our services comply with any laws, tax obligations, visa requirements, or travel regulations applicable in your own country.
Golf Costa del Sol accepts no responsibility for restrictions, entry requirements, fiscal obligations, or regulatory provisions applicable outside Spain or the European Union.
