Cancellation Policy.

We are delighted to welcome you for your stay and we would like to inform you about the payment and cancellation terms for this stay.
The full payment for the service must be made two weeks prior to your arrival date on our bank account in Tangiers.
Regarding cancellations for rooms, please take note of the following conditions:

• Any cancellation made between 7 days and the arrival date will not be refunded.
• Between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: 50% refund minus 50 euros processing fee.
• As for the golf, cancellation terms will depend on each golf course's policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
